This is not accessible to the general public but yes it’s existing and strictly for workers within the house of Assembly.Now that we have established that, it’s safe to say that the gym is fairly up to standard owning to the available gym equipments in there. Not that all equipments are here but you have exactly those equipments you need to keep fit and stay healthy and if shedding some extra weight is your goal too, you’ll surely get it.I have been using the gym for a month now and I’ve been enjoying my time there. As much a I enjoy working out alone most times, having gym buddies won’t be a bad idea but as it is I often find myself here alone especially since I use this place early in the mornings before work.Ps: if you work here, here’s to let you know that, investing in your health through exercise is never a bad idea and to let you know that there’s a gym within the premises (in case you didn’t know that already) and that you’ll have a gym Buddy should you decide to show up 🤩
