I ordered the N600 platter of small chops which was comprised of an array of spring rolls, samosas, puff puff balls, moss balls, stick gizzard, small barbecued/grilled turkey. The sales staff were really helpful and considerate. The small chops was majorly on point. But the turkey was undercooked and still tough.All in all, one of the best go to spots for small chops while in Lagos. They have locations in Lekki and Ikeja.

You order for them to deliver, theyd be ridiculously late. You choose to go pick it up, theres no parking and theyd still be late.You have a better chance receiving a food order from the island to Ikeja, in a timely manner, than from 12 Baskets Ikeja to the next 3 streets or something.

Extremely poor customer service delivery, you spend a lot of time to place an order and order arrives very late, it has happened to me repeatedly. You folks should do better

In as much as the quality of the food is superb, the service delivery is extremely poor.I placed an order to be delivered for 12:00 noon, by past 3:00 pm, no information or contact from anyone on where my order is, this happens repeatedly, its almost not a surprise to me any more.Then the order arrives more than 3 hours later, and its either a chicken is missing from one of the packs (happened to me twice) or no toothpick or wipes added to my package.The whole delay and incompetence just ruins the whole experience of wanting to get good food from 12 Basket in general. TERRIBLE!

Horrible customer service. Dont expect to be delighted with their service delivery. The good food does not make up for the horrible service you get here.

Don’t even bother with these ones. No point calling for pick up or telling them to deliver because they will disappoint you. It’s all they are good at anyway.

Nice and interesting meals for parties, birthdays and other events. Customer service not that nice, there could be delay in communication and deliveries. Food deliveries are available for some packages of higher orders.

Order was delayed for over an hour, staff attitude was poor, the environment was looking dirty and the smell from the drainage was really bad.

The new take away pack is lovely but please find a way to indicate that it is not micro wave safe. It looks like paper but its foil.

Good product. Service delivery needs a lot of improvement. Contact centre and shop staff need to synchronize so that customers dont have to waste precious time when orders are made on the phone.

They have been my go to for smallchops but now I am not impressed with the service I got. Delivery took 2 hours even if I came to pickup myself and placed my order a week ahead. Protein in pack was salty for me. Not happy with this service today at all

I read most of the reviews on 12 basket and I’m wondering how they can write positively. I had more than one experience in different occasions with different people that place orders. All the time was an horribile experience. Minimum 5/6 hours to wait. Calling the customer service they answered very arrogantly and they also dropped the line in different occasions. I think many of the reviews are not realistic. My experience and of many other people was so terrible that I hope that the owners of this good business take action in investigate within their own organization and improve. I hope for them this business is no going to die because of the horribile services. This my review is to help whoever invested in this business to really look at it.

Placed an order at 2pm and it never came. Even worse, they kept ignoring my calls when I tried to find out the status of my order. By 5pm when my friend called from her phone however they picked up and had no reason for ignoring my calls. Totally unprofessional, there are better small chop spots out there; unfortunately, I had to go through these guys first to find out. Zero star. Good RiddanceSo, after finishing off my review, the delivery guy showed up. So im not as mad as I was in the first paragraph, however, its still unprofessional and Im still a bit vexed. I was utterly disappointed with myvlast order with this brand. Not only were they 1hour later than the agreed delivery time,the foodd was delivered in a tacky manner. Opened and spilled. The spring rolls and samosa left a lot to be desired. I only got an apology after i called to state my displeasure,the business didnt offer to inform me they were running late. It is a no no for me.

One star because my friend put me onto the small chops and it was excellent compared to the others Ive tried so far.I called them a day before I needed the small chops. After few attempts to reach the phone numbers available on the website, somebody picked. I told her I wanted to buy three packs of their product and needed information on how to order, prices and the delivery details especially. She explained that orders less than five packs cannot be delivered and that Id have to come to the shop myself if I wanted just three. I asked her if I could order over the phone, and I was told that I couldnt. Unless its five packs ma, I cant take your order ma. I said I was fine picking them up myself but needed to know if I could still buy at 18:00 (I was occupied the other hours). She assured me I could.On the day I needed the small chops (this Friday), I called again, this time hoping I would talk to somebody different. Like the first time, it took awhile before someone answered the phone. When they did, it was the same person from Thursday. She gave me same answers and assured me again that I could buy at 18:00. I said it sounded like a good plan.I got a cab on uber, arrived there 17:41, met three ladies at the reception and told them what I wanted. I was told production was over for the day. I told them what the person who answers their phone told me and the one in blonde crotchet braids said Ehn, youll just have to come tomorrow then in this offhand manner that suggested I was disturbing them. One of them was at least decent enough to apologize and explain that I should have insisted on placing an order over the phone as it could have validated my order. Words cannot explain how mad I was. The moment I set foot outside the reception, they started to laugh. It took everything in me not to go back and lash out at their piss poor attitude. I am so disgusted at the customer service and misinformation that cost me money and time. The lack of empathy is also disgusting.The website doesnt work too. You either have to make enquiries in person or call them on the phone numbers provided on the website.

Chops is actually good but customer service was bad. I entered the Ikeja outlet and 4 girls at the reception were practically staring at me until I greeted them, they were too all over the place.
