I went there today!! I took a few pictures for Google and easy location, one of the officers saw me and said I cant take pictures that I should delete it! he kept on trying to take my phone to look into it!Reason for taking the picture down is because the 1 nonfunctional hand wash was a 1 billion or million naira project. Meanwhile I already too pictures from previous visit.Through out my stay he kept on harassing me and my family for telling him he doesnt have a right to my phone.Moreso, my daughter wanted to use the bathroom and the bathroom in the building was locked, not sure if its functional or its probably for the staffs only. I asked for the bathroom from one of the officers, she said I should go to the side of the building and surprisingly we had to pay 100 naira to pee!!!! I had to give the guy in charge my phone so I can go get money from my purse because I never thought there wont be a free bathroom at the Nigerian Immigration Services office at Alausa Ikeja Lagos Nigeria, plus the toilet is not of standard 😑THE MENTAINANCE CULTURE IS HORRIBLEThe dont have a number system there, where people can easy be In order by, they call out people name. I think it would curb touting but the whole location is about touting, you have to pay someone to get things quickly. The other day immediately we walked in, the officer at the reception or so asked what we were there for and said are you self service? Stay on this side!! That how they frustrate the efforts of people who applied, filled out their forms and pay online because it goes directly to the government and they dont get a cut!!
Services for Passport application have quite improved compared to couple months ago. They now use a PA system to call in applicants. The officers have also improved service delivery to be more organised.A lot can still be improved. Theres acute shortage of seating arrangement for applicants.Hopefully, the improvement is sustained.
Wasnt rowdy like it used to be - and the staff appeared more organized - we were attended to in a timely manner (probably due to the fact that they werent taking new passport applications but clearing backlogs).Parking is still a big issue, you have to patronise touts on the street to park your vehicle.
Nice place but despite strict instructions for orderliness by the senior officers, the junior officers keep people waiting while they sneak in their preferred applicants who have probably paid exorbitant fees for their passport applications.
It wasnt as bad as it was before and all procedures duly observed accordinly
Well, it was very crowded really but easier when your money takes lead.😅
Disorganized, crowded and chaotic. There are some courteous officers attending to people. Overall, one requires a mountain load of patience.
Baddd, the officers were cheating and doing things wrongly which relyed again to toxins & Favoyr
I hope it gets better 😎
The staffs are wonderful people and willing to help out
Nigeria immigration office, alausa ikeja.Passport issuance, renewal and all
The experience is not bad. Just too many people waiting to capture for and collect their passports.
These guys should embrass IT wholeheartedly.
The staff there can be fraustrating couple with the fact that you must be very careful and prayerful when driving on that road coz it is very close to the V I O office and they are always at alert in searching for their prey and its very hard to win them if youre just a normal being
Mad house. Maybe because they didnt have booklet for a long time so the crowd is crazy.I registered online went after about 10 days for interview, another 10 days for capturing and was told my passport will be ready in September. And I started since early June. Hopefully it comes out before that time.
Crowd could be better managed. It is better compared to when it was opened at the initial time.
Unnecessary delays. No parking space. So many touts.
Took me 4 months to get my passportPlan B activated
They are trying but they need to improve
There were a lot of people here.
Service needs to do more on crowd control
Good but filled with corrupt officers
Well organised
Extremely crowed with no ventilation in the building
For effective Delivery of International Passport
The coordination is okay but one have to pay for toilet usage.
Wonderful service delivery
Good customer service
They are very organized
This is Government agency that is responsible for all immigration matters. There is usually heavy vehicular and human traffic during rush hours. Car owners are often asked to park outside the main building - along the road and for a token. The place can be sighted whilst driving by and it is easily accessible.
Come ready to sit for a long time
Well organized
Good to go
Working in Alausa passport office
Nice place
The stress of Passport renewal
Crowded public place
Awesome and organized
I can not and will not recommend Ikeja Alahusa to anyone its been nearly a month plus since I captured what was supposed to be 15 working days process and still I have no date in sight to pick up my passport I am so disappointed

Partially okay
Too small
Very orderly
Honorable Service
Rowdy
Ikeja passport office of Nigeria immigration service, there is no accessible entrance and accessible.
Better than Before....
The service has really inproved, As of November 2017 there is a lingering problem of 32 pages passport scarcity. There is also a parking lot just opposite for 300 naira. Most of the touts and illegal passport runners have moved to the street adjacent
