If youre looking for a spacious hall for an event, then this event centre makes the cut.However the problem with the place is lack of parking space.Also the hall is not adequately lit. People doing video coverages will notice that.

So this event centre, located at 19 Joel Ogunnaike, GRA Ikeja, is the destination for Comedy Club with Deeone and Friends; a comedy club that holds every Sunday at that location..for now. And really, you need to be at that event.Back to the main gist.The hall is more like a medium-sized hall, that has the standard features of a hall except for the car park.Well, except theres an extra allocated space to park cars, which I did not see because I did not drive there, theres no car park space. I mean, a proper car parking space. Though, you can park by the road side. The road is quite wide and well demarcated.They have these large, crystal-themed chandeliers.Disclaimer: when I said medium-sized hall, its the space the comedy club rented. I did not go round back, so I cant tell how long the hall is.But I noticed that the stage was demarcated with wood, covered with interior decoration materials.So my best guess, its a long hall.I did not really feel the cold from the AC. Yet again, it might just be the way it was set for that particular event. It was set just right.

FM event centre is small. If you have an event here, you are going to have problems with parking space. For venders, there isnt a drive way to offload food or drinks. Youll have to carry it which is disappointing.The place is small and cute if well decorated.

No parking space. Generator switched off while guests were seated thereby bringing serious discomfort.

It was horrible.. Was not allowed into the venue until 2hours after we got there, saying the hall was full to capacity.. Alas, it wasnt... Dont think Ill recommended it to anyone for now... My opinion though

Wen looking 4 event center on a budget

To be honest, I wasnt impressed with the hall and management, although the event was good 😍... All I remember was the AC system being entirely faulty for over 2hrs, and every single person on the hall was dripping of sweat... Several parking restrictions around the hall... Not impressed

This event center is a very large one to use....And they are covid 19 compliance

Its a big hall that can accommodate up to 4000 seats using church settings but could accommodate 1000 people using a round table setting for event.. well equipped with airconditioning system. Bouncers and other security agents readily available.

The event center is a marquee, the interior has drapes already with beautiful chandeliers. Downside to this place is it’s lack of a parking space. The halls designated parking spot is on a side street a few minutes walk from the venue itself.

I attended a friend’s wedding there and it was perfect. It’s a marquee with a capacity of 400-500 guest.The acs were working well so it was coolIn there all through.Just a few downsides, the entrance to the hall isn’t noticeable plus it’s a narrow not so fascinating path.Then there isn’t parking space, we had to park at a lot which was quite a distance from the hall

I am hoping a representative from this event center would see this.An event center where almost everyone needs a hand fan says a lot about them. Although its a small hall, but keeping the atmosphere cool would make people forget about how small and stuffy the hall could be depending on the number of people there. Maybe in future, they would improve on this but thats my experience there today, Saturday, January the 13th, 2018.

Attended a colleagues wedding here recently, the hall has capacity for about 400 guests.Its located on Joel Ogunnaike in GRA Ikeja and its easily accessible, car parking was a challenge so I got to park on the pedestrian walkway as advised by almighty LASTMAAir conditioners and convenience were in order, noticed that the maintenance crew were on standby checking that things were in shape.

My sisters wedding was in March at FM event center and we actually had so much fun and I am also planning to have mine there too before the end of the year, we actualy attended a wedding there sometimes last year and that was how we discovered that there an event centre there,sure the AC issue was a one off situation and must have been rectified.

FM Event Centre is a small sized hall for hosting events like weddings, birthday parties and other social events. The hall itself is compact and cool but it’s situated at the back of the address. Getting to the venue was easy but the parking space for vehicles was virtually non-existent. This makes it very stressful for invited guests who have to struggle for the limited space on the very busy road while most vehicles had to search for spaces to park in the adjoining corner streets far away from the venue. Security of vehicles is therefore a great concern. Also, the entrance pathway to the event centre itself is an eyesore - not paved and it’s full of scraps. It needs a total remake. A renewal is urgently required.

I attended a wedding at the event center. Let me just say I guess its ok. Cute and small compared to most halls I know I know of but well packaged I guess. Definitely not for a crowdy kind of activity. The restroom (4) for females and (4) for guys is small if its going to be used for activities like weddings and the lack of toiletries was saddening. The flushing system was poor and made the restroom smell which should have been countered if there was a staff on standby to attend to that like in other places. again.To get to the event center, you have to go through a narrowlike kind of walkway. I personally think should be decorated with lawn grasses and flowers on both sides to make the walkway more presentable, alluring and appealing. The place was hot after a while so crowd is a no no or the ventilation system should be upgraded. Take a page from rock foundation. Their ventilation system is to die for. The stairs to the stage was frightening. The bride has to be careful not to fall One things I loved was the chandelier. 28 in all (although they were not turned on)🤷The place was lovely.

I attended an event here last weekend 17th March, 2018 and my experience was wow. The ACs were chilling and the staff very friendly. I was skeptical with the choice of the celebrant initially, seeing the comment here but I guess the issue has been fixed. Their Toilets are neat also. Though at first I though parking will be an issue but when I came out during the event and saw the LASTMA officials working with the hall parking attendants, I went back to the party knowing my car was safe. In all, I will rate them 4.5/5.

They have above 500 seater capacity auditorium. The center have wheelchair access. You can conveniently park your car.

Its a marquee that seats about 400 people; but my challenge with this place is the entrance and narrow path that leads to it. The high point of my visit though was how courteous and helpful the manager was!
