They really mean business what ever they publish is what expected when you shop at their store. Good services.

Average customer service. Some of the ladies where in haste to close. Very bad attitude. Only the fat Muslim lady had good customer service attitude. Workers should learn to stay above their working hours once customers are around. You are being paid from the sales. We are yet to use their product. Will surely write a review about it later.

Customer service not great

I got my TV there. Love it.

I got an AC from them and in less than 3months of installation, it developed a fault, and I contacted them to come check it. They found out the problem was from improper installation which was done by their technician and they have refused to come fix it since then as promised. There after sale service is so poor. I am yet to understand how long it will take them to fix the problem they created.so vexed right now.
