Locating this place was quite easy

It is MGS and not Samsung they have limited Samsung products. They sell other products apart from LG, Hisense and Maxi electronics.

It is a place to visit if you have any faulty Samsung appliance or device. They diagnose the problem and give you options to solve the problem. When you visit you make an initial deposit before they finally come and visit your home for the appliance. There is a small car park in there office which is both used for the Samsung outlet store and the service centre which is just beside it. Sont attempt to park on the busy Allen road because your car can be towed by the local government touts moving to and fro.

I never knew that a Samsung care center exists at that location. It was easy to locate even though they didnt have most of their staffs on seat. And I just found out that Samsung Warranty works in the country where the device is bought.

The front desk officer there was so rude, the technician was confused and the manager is something else. Infact, this particular service center is the worst Ive ever visited! All theyre after is just money and not how to satisfy their customers.

Very slow and poor service! I gave them my phone for a screen issue after waiting 4 days for the repair they damaged my fingerprint sensor without telling me!I discovered the fault myself and returned the phone to them only for them to wipe my phone costing me important data! After an addition 4 days they still couldnt fix the fingerprint problem and told me I would have to leave the phone for longer! Stalling tactics.Samsung can do better than letting these evil people damage their reputation because all they do is frustrate people with their poor and slow service after charging so much!!If theres 0 star I would give it. Fix your phone here at your own risk!

They claim it is company policy to register a device and repair it between 5-7 working days! Any repair! 5-7 working days. I think this timeframe is not rational.As much I understand that Samsung is buying time to attend to their customers, they should be flexible! I needed my phone speaker changed not the phone, yet I was asked to allow 5-7 working days.Other than the triviality of my case, the number claims at the Samsung service centre has shrieked over the years.I like that the overall goal is excellence and satisfactory service. But this strategy stands against optimal time, and such stance is a terrible pose.

This service centre is located in the heart of Ikeja at Opebi.They did a great job changing my phone screen after it crashed, however the repairs took over a month due to delay,some management or operational issues.

Would have given them a 4 or 5 star rating but for the annoying customer care line shared both on their call cards, over the internet and on their contact points, the annoying thing about it is that the number is always saying not available, switched off or call transferred. I mean how can a corporate entity a d global brand like Samsung not be mindful of such little details.I actually recommended the service centre for a friend but reaching them on phone for follow up seems like an herculean task.I must confess and admit that the agent who physically attended to me there was quite friendly and professional but they cant afford not to have a number that connects for quick phone inquiries and request.

Got a screen change there, but the sensitivity of the touch seems a bit different than the original. The screen guide I got isnt secure on the screen. Shifts every now and then.

This Samsung center in my experience has zero after sales service. Akin Adesola center kept tinkering with my washing machine for over a month till I was referred to Allen center. Allen collected money from me and for 3 months kept posting me. Finally they came to pick of the machine & after a month brought it back worse than it was with no apology or remorse. Had to go buy a more reliable brand - LG!

Please, I will advice anyone going to this place to repair his or her phone should never take it here, because this is worstest place to repair your phone. I was there to repair my Samsung S7 edge screen, they told me it will only take 10working day, now it been more than 2months, my phone isnt ready yet, and most of all everyone I meet there recently that I was there, were all complaining about another issues coming up with their phones. Am not even sure anymore if theyre still legit..Please Samsung should do something to this people..

I called three times and the answering machine keep posting me from one point to another. When someone eventually answered, he promised to hook me up with someone to handle my case, but it never happened. Sad experience.

This is one of the authorized service and repair centres for Samsung electronics and devices. They typically will repair items for free as long as it is within warranty limits of the device. Just be sure to confirm that the fault is a factory fault. Though turn around time isnt that fast i.e. dont expect to get your device same day, takes 3 days or more.
