I made a payment of 12,500 today 17th October, 2021 for the ourchase if my AEDC Token, my money was deducted but no token generated for me to load my prepaid meter. All my efforts to reach their customer agent fi r complaints proved abortive. Vtpass is the worst scam at the moment. These are fraudsters guys beware

Paid for Aedc units and yet to get it till today as the money was never acknowledged. It is quite difficult reaching their customer care either through calls or mails. Vtpass needs to do better.

They are fraudsters guys, do not use them, I paid my Dstv subscription through their app on the 29th of August, now it 21st of September, my subscription have not been renew. When I called their customer care line, they claim they didnt receive my payment that I should contact my bank. Which I did but my bank said the transaction was successful even gave reference code they can use to track the number. I gave them the tracking number still nothing was done, now they are not even picking my calls. Pls guys, lets be careful when dealing with this fraudsters!!!

From the quality of service they render to the zero to non professional customer care agents who lack empathy yet, for get that if we do not use their platform, there would be no Vtpass. I hope the issue I havens resolved and when it is, Lord knows that would be me saying goodbye forever to Vtpass.
