The workstation inside the Maryland Mall is a very well built office with lots of amenities to make working a delightful experience. They have different kinds of offices to suit different needs.But thats all thats good about them.The process of registration is too tedious. It took us almost 30 minutes to register as the process is too cumbersome and the POS did not work as we had to transfer to their bank account.You would have thought that an organization like that will different options of POS machines to use.Their staffs are so condescending. I could hear one of them saying to another staff about us asking if we could pay.Profiling us and deciding of her own accord that we probably could not pay. Of course, we paid.We told them at the reception that we needed to work for a couple of hours and she didnt make us understand the type of offices available for us. As most of the offices are not available for us to use and most of them are empty. The choices available to us were limited.I felt they could have told us from the beginning the different plans they have. We took the plan suggested to us.Even in the kitchen where the option of making coffee was suggested to us, there was no kettle to make hot water. I guess they wanted us to use the oven to warm water. And there insects inside the coffee mugs.On the whole, while they had good office ambience, they need to work on their human relations and interactions

Very nice and well designed co working space. Space management is top notch and the staffs are nice and very friendly. Pricing might be a bit on the high side, but overall very happy with the co working space

Ambient environment with professional and nice staff. The decor is just so beautiful and the layout is very planned giving you adequate privacy. Free Internet and opened 24/7. Though the pricing might be on the *high side* would have probably appreciated if they had a daily usage charge especially for weekends. Thats the only reason its not a 5 star for me. I hope going forward they can offer daily charges.

It was great working from here. One is able to focus with very little distraction. Had to work from here for a day, cost N5k for this. You get access to fast Internet, coffee, printer... May sound pricey for the one off person whos just spending a day but there are cool packages for a month and for evenings or just weekends. The snag is that the workstation for a day subscription is a bit crampy [except you wish to stay in the common area] and the ambience doesnt flow with the rest of the place. It feels like school chairs in a public pry sch.

Loads of Co working spaces, and easily accessible. They need to work on their elevator cos without a card a wheelchair cannot access the space.

Workstation is an ideal place for work. Nice ambience. Comfortable chairs and resting areas. Although they have different pricing for different seats. For example, the work rooms are priced differently. Also, if you want a permanent seat, the price is different as well.The staff are very friendly and they offer excellent customer service.I recommend!

An extensive co working space. Plenty of different options to suit your taste. Elegantly furnished in a way that makes it super comfortable.They do have conference rooms that affords privacy and also open floor office spaces too.You can easily get in through the stairs or the lift and also got janitors around to ensure a clean environment.

Location is everything and the Workstation has it. The facilities are good with regards to their quality, the staff are friendly and easily accessible. Meeting rooms are in short supply which is a bit of a drag. The Workstation is locates inside of the Maryland mall and this makes it excellent for having shopping, restaurants and a central pick-up point for ubers et. Available to everyone.

I work from here, so I may be a bit biased. However, it is the best co-working space you can ask for in Nigeria. It really feels like a community here and it goes beyond work. The community associates are super nice! Everywhere is always in perfect shape at every point in time. I totally love it here!

Made video here. Industrial inside decor, with a touch of yellow. Minimalist aesthetix, internet, good air and proper lighting, I do not aee how one would not be productive in a co working space like this. I will love to rent an office here for keeps. You know.

The Workstation at the Maryland mall is a great space and the wifi connection is fantastic. You can choose from an open office to small cubicles that are well lit or even take up one of their office spaces. The only thing I didnt like was the operators playing loud music and talking at the top of their voices as soon as they assumed the work day was over. Its a 24-hour business so they should realise that the end of one persons work day, might be the middle of anothers.

Whaaaat....24 hrs open. They even have sleeping area for night owls like me...which I think should have bunks tho.The internet is way crazier than I heard. I have my own sink and microwave my food by 2 am...come out to the space terrace to take maryland breeze.Last time I left my laptop and it didnt move an inch ...so so many goodies and the lady ..the pharmacologist at the reception is 1st class in customer service and pretty smart about ideas...Great place to code and meet people!!!
