I just used their service today. I was supposed to receive a Dell laptop and a jersey.I made this order as early as 1:30 pm and now its 8:30pm. Its just between Bariga and Isolo Lagos, I still havent received my items. No call, no text, no email, nothing from them.Meanwhile I googled their customer care up and got their number, called up to 10 times before 6pm and no one answered, neither have they returned my call.I sent an email threatening them and I still havent gotten any feedback from them.I will definitely take this matter up !!!Do you know what a laptop is?I will take this matter up !!!I can just lose my items like that, is it a scam or what? Such unruly behavior. Its really disgusting, honestly.

Courteous staff. If they ll be delays, they call you to inform and apologise which doesn’t happen very often. Tested and Trusted👌the platform is easy to use as well.

FREE ADVICE- DO NOT USE!!!!! NEVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE SHOULD YOU USE THEM. Someone made a delivery to my office at 1:16pm today (17th may, 2021, i close at 5pm. Delivery hadnt arrived by 4:50pm then i had to check for their number online and i called. Only to be told that they dont give their riders number out and they have no idea when the rider would be here that i should just wait (till whenever)..really?!. Its 5:30pm now, and im still waiting, the so called customer care isnt picking my calls anymore. I would send the update. But this is the worst service ever and my 1st experience with them. I highly DO NOT recommend this service....MISERABLY BAD!!!!*Update!*I left my office at 6:52pmFinally got a call at 8:07pmRider: I am at your office o, and you are not aroundSeriously! Well, they had to drop it with the security guard.Not recommended at all

This is the worst experience you can possibly get. The service and logistics are horrible. They take your money before a rider is even assigned to you and when they don’t show up they won’t even refund your money back to you. Customer cause is basically a joke. Do NOT use even if desperate!

Has potential to be useful, but execution needs some refining.The app is a quick download and has a great easy- to-use user interface and the booking/order and payment system is straightforward. The service is not ideal for fast deliveries, but the express service may be better, so try that if your delivery is urgent. It took about 3.5 hours to pick up in Ikoyi and drop off in Surulere with the regular service (I actually thought I chose express).The rider I was assigned was rude and unresponsive, and I wasnt sure where he was for a few hours. I tried to escalate, and found the office could also have been more responsive and proactive with communication.My first experience wasnt the best, but once the customer service aspect improves, this has all the ingredients for a promising courier service.

Worst delivery service ever, I advice strongly not to use their services. The so-called “express” delivery is a scam, nothing express about it when I have to wait a whole 4 hours before the item is picked up and I was charged extra. All the three times I’ve ever had to use your services I’ve regretted it, and the most annoying thing is they won’t even call you to explain anything and when you call they act like they’re doing you a favor even hang up before you finish talking. I mean it’s my airtime, I can freaking end the call when I want.
