Though I was pre-informed not to buy gionee, I didnt listen, then I bought gionee M11 and less than six months the phone fell once and that was the end of the screen, even though it has screen guard and pouch.Ive been to the care center twice and I was told the screen is not available.The worst part of it is that, the contact number given doesnt go through but I sent message which delivered without any response. If the phone was reachable, it would have save me the time, energy and resources spent.The worst of it all is the lady at the customer care desk that always paint her hair with different colours with nose and several piercing, she talks to people anyhow and will be engrossed with her phone when attending to customers.Please all these issues should be looked into.I really regret buying Gionee product and Ill advise anyone to stay away from it.
