Poor Customer service experience. I bought an iphone from them and I had to go back there three times within one week to repair one thing or the other. They also charged me for the repairs despite buying the phone from them and coming with my receipts and they blatantly refused to change the phone. Terrible experience in my opinion.

Got a phone from you in March, SIM cards wasn’t working in it, had to send it back and I knew the stress it took to reach you guys to send it back.got a replacement and added more money for one with a larger memory size, was sent another one that Nigerian cards don’t work on, I have to use a foreign card or a dollar card for it, in a week I had to change the battery. Dm’ed, texted only for my messages to be left on dread. Your customer service is really poor, you don’t care as long as you’ve sold the phone to the person.

I bought my first iPhone at Obiwezy in 2014. The attention given to me that day made me realized I have no other stops at Computer village aside Obiwezy’s shop. Bought laptop, and several other phones from them, all at better quality and reasonable price. I tired to “cheat” on them once by getting a phone from another shop beside them because of a little price difference and I regretted it because the phone didn’t last two months.
