They were very friendly and had a lot of patience answering questions. They also offer a variety of services such as delivery of purchased items and you can pay on delivery. You can also pay in installments (but you have to go through a number of procedures) and they offer seven days return policy from the day of purchase. I was quite impressed by their service. Mails were sent. The delivery man from FedEx called before he came. Although I was skeptical to pay to his personal account when he came, he reassured me that he was employed for just that. I havent used the phone yet but it was new and sealed. My current experience was not a good one. I bought a Nokia 2.4 32gb instead of 64gb. Only because i told him i charged the phone with the CHARGER that CAME with IT, i was charged 10% deduction (repackaging fee, he called it). To get 64gb i was to not only pay the difference in price, but also pay the 10% deducted. I asked for a refund and got the phone cheaper elsewhere. Before then an M31 was delivered with seal already broken. Yet i took it without returning cos He told me i have nothing to worry about, yet the handsfree was missing from package.
