Affordables is a pioneer organisation that I thought I could get a reliable phone from. But it is quite unfortunate that I fell victim of a bad purchase. I purchased a brand new iphone X from them and I wasnt even attended to well after laying the complaint. Unknown to me the phone is a copy and cannot multitask, it goes off suddenly at a battery life of 100%. within two weeks of usage. It sometimes goes off by itself or it just tells me no sim installed and I have to remove and put back the sim. I feel so cheated and heart broken. I just want a genuine replacement or refund
