This is one of the largest communication network center in Nigeria with fast and reliable network and also thier center is as fast as what you can ever imaging even either the present covid 19 the center comply with all the set down rules and principles also do not keep customer waiting unnecessarily.It was fun to be there actually just to pick up a gift though was surprise but it still a gift from a network that cares

Name changed from etisalat to 9 mobile experience centre. Good service, nice office to keep you cool away from the heat of Lagos, very helpful staff for multiple size SIM card and data sales. Also SIM registration can be done here.

Not a good one for a supposedly one among the four big Telcos in Nigeria. Went for a sim swap unfortunately the public power supply went out then we were asked to return at an unknown date having spent over one and half hour; no backup UPS and no functional power generator.The experience wasnt a good one with slow customer service and one having to drive through Lagos traffic and been confronted with such an experience at Opebi branch. I believe it can be better.The management need to work on that and help the staff to improve on a better customers experience.

My experience with Allen office is nothing to write home about, I got here 2 minutes past 10am and as at the time am texting now which is 28 minutes past 12 noon am yet to be attended to.The human relation is also zero.Many.people that came 8n after some of us that came early are being attended to and when queried, were told to wait till our number is been called.

I have always been satisfied with 9 mobil connection in various part of 9ja. The service has always been correct. Regarding allen office has many 9 mobil office they dont yet provide service for nim what is bit desappointed. But at the end the team helped me to resolve, thanks to seun in Ogba office very guest service oriented.

The Staff are courteous.I came here for a training on how to become a Sim Card registration agent, the training is done on the first floor. It is just a storey building by the way.the ground floor is the experience centre where you can learn more about the company and what they do or walk in to report issues that have to do with your Sim card
