They are one of the most popular battery stockists within the Ikeja metropolis. They give at least 6 months warranty on their Korean batteries. Mind you, Their Chinese batteries too have warranties but for a shorter period. This establishment has limited wheel chair accessible parking. The entrance is sadly not wheelchair accessible. The stock both wet and dry cell batteries here and this includes batteries for virtually all types of vehicles. They also stock deep cycle inverter batteries as well.They accept cash, Debit as well as credit card modes of payment.A charge test is usually performed on your vehicles electrical system before the new battery is installed.To be candid, this establishment has seen better days. It used to be bustling with customers every second. Of late, their clientele have dwindled.?Cause.The establishment could do with a face-lift. Probably a longer warranty period on their batteries would attract new clientele. I personally have patronised them for 13 years. I have purchased numerous batteries from them for different vehicles. The first Korean dry cell battery I purchased from them called Decor lasted close to 5 years b4 giving up the ghost. The second purchase, managed to do 3 years. Of late, their Korean batteries tend to do just between 1 and a half to 2 years. They dont seem to last any longer. Im guessing the quality of the batteries are not as high as they used to be.Also, they do give u a cash rebate for your old dead battery if you do bring it along.

I had the most memorable experience with DIMAPS on Saturday 20th of February. I purchased a battery from DIMAPS towards end of October 2020, on Saturday I was stopped abruptly to the understanding that my battery was completely flat. I called DIMAPS to detail my present circumstances and they insisted on sending a dispatch to me no matter where I was in Lagos. This was to my surprise as I have been a frequent recipient of poor customer service during my 7 years in Nigeria. I immediately insisted on coming to there office in Ikeja as it was towards my destination. On arriving Ikeja I was met by a graciously polite gentlemen who diagnosed the problem within a matter of seconds. The issue in actual fact had nothing to do with my battery but a wire issue. DIMAPS Engineer changed the defective wire and within 20 min I was on my way.This is one of the most memorable experiences for me as I haven’t been so efficiently and promptly attended to during a crisis whilst in Nigeria.Indefinite Companies have a lot to learn from my encounter as this doesn’t only reflect positively on DIMAPS but it has significantly impacted my perception of Nigerian owned businesses.
