Their products used to be very good, at some point I ordered baked goods on a weekly basis. Then I noticed a decline in quality and customer service (i sent feedback regarding quality) and didnt order for a while. Tried to patronize them recently for a mini event, they said I had to order 3 slices to get delivery, I ordered over that amount, then they said they couldnt deliver and asked if i could get someone to pick up (smh). Luckily for me i had another option

Staff extremely unhelpful. You cant buy a cake without making an order online. That is not a bakery and the staff omg they all need to be fired extremely unprofessional . Why am I at a bakery if I dont need to buy something.Yes I was wearing a mask when I showed up. But your staff that approached me wasnt wearing any mask and said they were no cakes today

They bake the best cakes in Lagos. I love the banana bread and cake loaves the most. I cant begin to describe the delectable taste of their banana bread, it is the best banana bread I have ever tasted.Dupe is beyond talented at what she does, the staff are very nice too; they give you direction on how to carry your cake and where to place it in your car, they deserve a 5 star. Go Dupe’s bakery!!!

Dupes Bakery has the BEST cakes in Lagos! Actually, everything at the bakery is delicious. Cake so moist, banana bread so yummy. I always order cakes for my all my occasions from them. Customer service is A1! I highly recommend.

Wonderful Staff, Wonderful Customer service. The cakes are very decadent, rich and fresh. I use them often for my celebrations and they aim to please and deliver timely. The head baker, Dupe, is a delight. She is friendly and always answers questions and makes suggestions when necessary. Try the banana bread.. OMG... To. Die.For. Actually everything on the menu is worth every single calorie, and more. I will be back. Keep up the good work :)

They have the best salted caramel Chocolate cakes. My personal favorite is the double chocolate cupcakes. Everyone has to try those cupcakes in their lifetime. To die for!!!! I just wish they would open a branch on the island so I could patronize them more often, without having to pay extra for delivery. Other than that, 10/10 I totally recommend.
