Apart from the great varieties of ice cream flavours, theres a varieties of yummy additives such as cashew nuts, groundnuts, coconut candy and so on. The staff have a great knowledge of the ice cream flavours and how to combine various flavours for a delicious experience. The staff at this particular outlet are very courteous, especially the young dark slim lady. I wish I remember her name. Nice place to bring friends and family.

Coldstone creamery is one of the Eat n Go chain of business. Their Toyin branch is great with couple friendly staff, well lit sitting arrangement, clean toilet and lots more. It is located directly on the main road so it makes it easy for anyone to locate.

Theres ample space for both individual and group dining.Customers have the options of either paying with cash or debit / credit card. Please a little wait whilst orders are being made ready.Having somewhere to park can sometimes be a daunting task whenever theres surge in customers trooping in to make purchases.

Toyin street branch used to be my best cold stone creamery branch and would have gotten a 5 star rating 2 years ago. Unfortunately in the past one year, their service delivery has greatly reduced. I have been there several times and seen how some of their staff stand around doing nothing but talk to each other, while customers are neglected and have to wait to be served by the one or two staff willing to work!Without a doubt, they offer a delicious variety of ice-cream flavours and toppings but something needs to be done about the service.

Visiting Nigeria so I decide to meet my friends at the over hyped resturant, I was really impressed by the neatness, the environment was very relaxing, the ice cream was lovely, although it was over priced. The customer service needs improvement, it was almost like buying something on the street and the seller insulting you because you dont want to buy additional item, the attendant was almost bullying me to add topins and flakes, because I asked for plain ice cream , when I was leaving, the attendant shouted with a loud voice next time you must add toppings o, dont just buy plain ice cream ....., trying to embarrass me in front of everyone like I cant afford toppings. Some Nigerians can be very rude
