I visited Spectranet Opebi office last week and the place was a beehive of activities as usual.Very neat office environment with beautiful lightings and fittings.Their front desk staff are professional as they attended to us with utmost courtesy.Quite true their service is cool.by me. I have been with them for 5 years now. But they need to get a designated car park for customers

Its okay but they should please work on automating their processes. Time is value, customers cant waste such a luxury.

Their customer service is slow. If they can work on this, life of their customers would be easier.

Service was poor. Their POS wasnt working and they werent even trying to suggest alternatives for me to make payment
