I attended the prep SPHRi training course with Adullam Consulting in March 2018 as part of my personal development goals for the year. I had used a previous provider for my HRBP certification(now PHRi). I didn’t know anyone personally who had used Adullam but from the google search and reviews from previous professionals, I was sure they knew their onions. Indeed, the depth of knowledge from the facilitators and the follow up after the training was so personalized that I felt pushed and harassed to register and pass the exams. The highlight of my experience was when I called to ask for my scheduled exam to be postponed because I felt I wasn’t prepared enough a day to the exam and Jide told me “my request was too late”.I said maybe I just wouldn’t show up as I didn’t want to fail and mess up the already excellent track record of my peers.
