Great building house to many businesses especially the famous UK visa submission centre

Its okay but theres need to create/provide convenient parking space with lesser charges. Also provide comfortable seats for those wanting outside to be attended to

One of the oldest tall buildings in Ikeda area of Lagos. You can call it an old horse that still carries some weight.Surprisingly, thr elevator still functions well, the Facility management team is doing a good job.The building has Acces Bank, Danone Regional office , British office etc as tenants, so its no mean feat.

No parking space....touts everywhere making unreasonable demands from customers

Try to avoid the agents outside. Follow the process online and you will be fine.

Took my mum for her biometrics. Really organised especially for priority slots. I was especially glad that they didnt have her walking around to do stuff. They asked her to go sit while i handled everything. However, Ill like to suggest that the age for proxy collection be dropped to 60 years. We all age differently. Secondly, too many stairs for the aged to climb

Etibets place is a well built tower that houses TSL a UK embassy,cars parks are available but not for free.

They need to be more organised and control the crowd at the gate for easy access. Also people should not be kept standing at the gate for hours its not nice at all.

The headquarters of visa application for United Kingdom.No enough parking space for cars, the available ones are flat rate of N500 no matter the hours or minutes use their, with little security.

Went for my biometrics at TLSConnect. If you are on appointment, you will be called in but if you are for walk in, you need to have patience

Its was good place when theres no rain but there water drainage needs to be worked on. The water was gone within a few hours after the rain

Quite an easy place to locate especially if you use Google maps to navigate your way... its the first white building by the left as soon as you enter the street... I had a smooth experience here.

Quite disorganized. People weren’t attended to at their appointment time, you had to wait long hours outside under the sun, when you eventually go in, it’s a long wait as well.However, the staff were quite polite.

I was a bad experience, I mean we had to stand for hours before attended to to seat are provided, though when you are called in the experience changes to Soft and good.You must arrive at least 5am to get a good spot for the day, thats if you arent on appointment.Printing your visa check list and all other documents there are very expensive 500naira per page, by the time you are done, youd have spent about 4000naira for less than a 6 page document.Parking there cost 500naira, seating outside cost 100naira either for an hour or until you Stand up.People are sometimes paid to go as early as 1am to write names for people who are still sleeping in thier house or people who stay far or people who wants to be first.Inside Etibets place, is beyond organized, nice customer service, the staff are efficient and respectful from the gate man to the guys taking biometrics and scanning documents.Though theres a lot of payment involved like 42500naira for working (Visa comes out in about 15 days), door visa delivery, 220k naira for priority(visa comes out in about 5 days) and more than double for super priority (Visa comes out in about 2 days).

Its about time all floors in the building comes back to life. Visa Office in Ikeja resides here. I think they should get rid of d touts outside the premises for good.

Etibets place houses TLS contacts which handles Visa applications for the UK Government.If you are coming here, its better to have an appointment. Having an appointment makes it easy to do all that you need to do and you can do your task in Record time.Walk-in appointments arent ideal in this centre because people are always plenty and always pushing each other and fighting. And for 42k that may not be the kind of scenario you want to be involved in. The VI centre although more expensive is better suited for walk in appointments.Also avoid the agents by the road side always offering to help

Its a filled with protocols though. If youre coming with a vehicle, youll be charged for packing. Printing offices surrounding the place over hype the price of their services. Just have enough money when coming.

Etiebets Place is Visa application centre for UK, Australia. It is located at 21 Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Ikeja Lagos.It is also a collection centre. Major landmark before Etiebets Place is Sheraton Hotel.The place is well secured. There are travel agencies around the place.Some of the staff are dedicated to their duties while some are lackadaisical in their approach.But on a general note, its a good place.

If you are coming from either side (Maryland or Ikeja) with a public transport and going to Etibets Place, all you have to do is to drop at Abule Bus stop.Thanks it....Etibets Place is only seconds of trecking distance.

Good security around the environment. Business centers around the building outrageously expensive. Best bet to do your photocopies and so on before you get there otherwise walk to somewhere opposite Country club along Mobolaji Bank Anthony to do that paper work. Parking is also at cut throat prices as non is provided for. Waiting times are short.
