A very good choice for locally sourced and prepared soup. Very healthy and tasty. There are so many soups to choose from, theyre filled with chunks of meats, fish, vegetables and more.Trust me, Calabar Kitchen promises yummy flavours that are memorable and clean space to enjoy them.

This restaurant has the best traditional homemade food you can ever taste in Lagos. If you have people visiting from outside Nigeria and want to show off Nigerian meals Definitely bring them here. I highly recommend their Pepper Soup and White Rice.😋 The price is definitely worth it.

Very very over priced and food is not worth the price. That name Calabar kitchen is making mockery of the tastey delicious dishes from Cross River and Akwa Ibom states.I will not recommend this place even to my enemy. please dont waste your hard earned money going there. There are better and cheaper places around.

Calabar Kitchen is a lovely place to eat out especially if you care about good food. The food is normally warm, and they have a variety or food types from the Delta and the east. I hardly ever finished their soup in one sitting, so I always took some home. I recommend this place for international guests.

Why arent more places called Uyo Kitchen? There must be a Calabar kitchen in every local govt area in Lagos! Anyway, this is the one in ikeja. Unless there are others? So. The fishermans soup. It didnt disappoint. It was filling, delivery was timely, and, it was nicely priced. While the environment might leave a lot to be desired, its full marks for the food. Comes highly recommended. At least, the fishermans soup does.

Was disappointed....placed an order for a friend who just arrived Nigeria and wanted a taste of home made dish, I asked for fisherman soup and oat meal with croaker fish and goat meat. What I received was totally different vegetable with watery fisherman soup! Really? No periwinkle in it (its the sea food that makes it fishermann)And the meal was 5700naira and a tip of 1000 naira. Feeling so sad.

My first impression on entering the place was that of avoid customer service. The service attendant was came tonus with a welcoming smile and waited for my colleague to provide his orders of meal from the menu.My impression as we were leaving would be a different one and I could not but help yo give the feedback. We waited for more than 30 minutes for the fisherman soup and semo to be ready. My feedback was for them to inform customers of the duration of meals as people may have schedules. I hope they remember that.Another disappointing thing is that that the fisherman soup did not have fresh fish.. it had stock fish. That was disappointed for a malabar kitchen. Even misleading. No enough parking space.I also think menu is uneccessarily pricey.
