We purchased our complete wedding bands end of January 2021, by mid April, the stones on my so called 18 carat gold engagement ring has started falling off and my wedding band looks so old that no one will believe I have just spend 300k to purchase the rings. I did raised my concerns but was told stones do fall off due to wears and tears but excuse me this is a purchase of less than 3 months. Yes am am aware stones do fall off but not for a new purchase and nobody will expect stones to start falling off so soon with that amount of money spend. Could as well buy them under the bridge and am sure they will last longer that the quality and durability purchase I got from Emporium. Imagine showing your rings to friends and family and trying to hide them because the stones are missing and band looks so battered and old. I know you will come here and be defensive but unfortunately we not allow to respond. Our experience with emporium was not a good one and we have been left with 300k out of pocket and with rings that wont see the end of this year
