Most of the customer care representative are very rude,they answer your questions grudgingly and speak in a very unfriendly manner

Typical branch of a bank with ATM cash withdrawal point within its premises. It has just enough space for few cars to park during business hours. Cash advance is available also but subject to terms and conditions.It can easily be sighted right from the main road and its easily accessible too.

This branch of First Bank was not crowded as at the time of my visit, but what interested me most was how the customer care took time to deliberately attend to and resolve the issues I came with, pointing out some details I didnt know previously. It wasnt just the attention given me but also that given to every other customer that came by while I was there. For the method and manner of attending to their customers,I rate them tops.
