Ikeja Shopping mall is big enough to accommodate hundreds of vehicles and it had a fascinating environment. Some of the stores inside the ikeja shopping mall are shoprite, KFC, Redtag, cinema, Glo experience center, Samsung experience center, IBTC bank, electronics stores, jewelleries stores, kids store and lots more. The most beautiful part is that their restroom is big enough to for individuals who wants to ease themselves without been on a queue and there is separate restroom for both male and female with a running water and standby cleaners to ensure the place is clean all time. Most of the stores opens as early as 7am and closes around 9pm to 10pm. Their lobby is wide enough for people to pass and take pictures or video. All the eateries provide take away package and eat in. Also some of the stores provide delivery services to customers. During this covid-19 some of the safety rules to follow are make sure you go there with your nose mask else you wont be allow to have access to the vicinity and also ensure you adhere to 6feet social distance. At the point of entering the mall the security guard request you to check your temperature to confirm if its equal or less than 36degree Celsius or not and if its within that range you will be allowed to enter but if its above you will be advice to leave as a temperature above 36degree Celcius cna be a symptoms of covid-19 this is part of the safety measures taken in the mall. And you are advice to always use your nose mask at all time while you are shopping inside the mall. Some of the stores provides locker for customers to put their bags and they will be given a tag I order to retrieve their bag such store like shoprite does that. Some of the things you can buy from ikeja shopping mall are clothes, bags, footwear, jewelleries, food, cereal, kitchen tools, toiletries, furnitures, electrical appliances, snacks, sim card replacement, soft drink, bottled water etc.

My first time visiting Lagos, I did not know where I was going to find some key essentials that I needed! Thank goodness my husband and I found this Shoprite and we were staying only minutes away from this location! The grocery store had everything we needed! We were able to find socket converters, cleaning products, fruits & vegetables, food, clothes etc.! I recommend this place to any tourist!

ShopRite Ikeja city mall is a very intimidating super store with an expansive space. It almost has everything thing you can conceive in a modern retail store. From sit outs to restaurants to games and a whole lot of fun stuff that could be carried out here. Some shoppers appear to come here just to mill around and have good views of the environment.

Well if you are in Ikeja and environ, this is a good place to be with large collection of anything you want to experience. Fashion, grocery stores, games, movies, spas, and think of it. The reason for the less star is going there on a festive period. It was so crowded. Also if you are a picture lover, then get your camera 📸 ready for shots⚡

Shopping experience was pretty fair, large paid parking space. I had an unpleasant experience with the security guard though, I was taking pictures and they didnt have any of that, I had to stop. So when you come in to see a queue, just know its for the bread.You can be sure to get the cheapest drink here even water is super cheap because they get it straight from the manufacturer.Depending on when you get to Shoprite, you will find a queue at the deli. Usually worse at the weekend.For prices, I would say its moderate. Regular everyday gorceries are either same or cheaper than your average neighborhood supermarket.Expect long queues at the till if you stop by to shop over the weekend.

Easy location of items, fresh pastries, salads, and fruits.. Fresh food.. Different types of bread, varieties of items, household items, all youre looking for .. Toys, drinks, both alcohol and non alcoholic.. Very clean and not too crowded..payment always a queue.. Free parking for an hour on holiday period, 200 naira flat fee every other day for an 1hour, enough parking space.. The mall has different shops both for pizza, food, bar and cocktail. Family brunch, karaoke booth. Restrooms are clean and easy to locate.

Shoprite in ICM today is crazy. Everyone just wants to be in shoprite. In as much as the management has no control over crowd in the mall but there was no adequate crowd control process within the shoprite itself. Its hectic purchasing and a whole lot of hell to pay. They can do more with the crowd control policy. Most non operational staffs and managers are seen less concerned about the plight of customers. They can do better. They dont seem overwhelmed by the crowd they just seem less concerned.

If you are looking for a place where you can shop for almost all you need in one place then, the city mall Ikeja is the place to be.Very organised place, adequate security presence, very spacious car parks.In this mall, there are outlets of the top restaurants, electronic items, shoes a d bags, make ups, fast food among many others.Some of the brands in this place aside Shoprite include Silverbird cineams, KFC, Samsung, Mr Biggs, Cash n Carry, Coldstone Creamery, Thermocool, among many others.

Shoprites customer service is abysmal. I cannot even explain. None of the sales attendance look interested in doing their jobs and their attitude leaves much to be desired.

Often crowded and sometimes its difficult to get a parking slot. With the multiple businesses on site though you can get quite a number of stuff from groceries, toiletries, office supplies, clothing, footwear, meals, electronics etc in one location.

Check out is a pure hassle due to constant long queues. A little better management would go a long way to ease this situation. e.g. The person at the checkout stand should NOT be the one bagging groceries as this slows down proceedings considerably. Customers can either bag their own groceries or have a designated bagging person.The next big observation I made is how consistently dirty the floor is. I’m sure their explanation for this is the amount of foot traffic that comes through. However because I have interacted with many Nigerian or Nigerian-related businesses (home and abroad) and have found this to be a trend, I’m more inclined to believe this is mostly habitual. Long story short, they need to do a better job in keep their premises spick and span.

Please the management should look into the issue of unknown person walking into ShopRite and begging for money, my experience today is a lady bought food stuff and oil asking me to pay. The other one is a Yung boy not up to 15 saying he want to rap for me so I can buy him or give him money, this things are embarrassing most at times cause you might not have cash. What if they now tell people to follow you out that you have money. Please you guys should look into this things please its bad for people to start asking for money in ShopRite, this can happen outside not in your mall nah please

It is easily accessible, it has a car park which is quite spacious . It is usually crowded, its located in the central business district of ikeja. The signage at the entrance makes it easy to locate, there are two different gates for entrance and going out.

So man was having a very boring Christmas, more like frustrated with my machines, so man decided to step out, like take a walk to ICM, wrong choice I must say, I decided to do this for those of you that plans to visit here next week, you should know what to anticipate.By head count the number of persons there should be close to 28,000,000 (of course exaggerated)All the tush people had a meeting(I wasnt invited,😢), they decided not to come here today, na only us dey here o, lol.You can tell that the people living in between Lagos and Ogun had their time today (You know yourself), Mowe, Isheri, Ijaye, Iyana Ipaja, Ayobo, Ikorodu, Majidun, Kola, Igando, 😂. The mall was boiling hot even Big Shaq will fling his jacket😥. That thing Ben Bruce said about low turnout at the cinema is a fetish lie and a very petty political propaganda.Photographers everywhere, youll think there was a camera crusade.Nursing mothers just had to come, and the babies were probably intimidated by the crowd, youll think it was a babies protest day, crying babies everywhere.The kind of odour inside that place is legendary, youll think association of locust bean sellers had a retreat.And then plastic chairs?OMG!Quick advice, if you want a good impression of ICM, dont come during the festives,HAPPY NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE!Im JIDE KOL, Im out

You can get a variety of meat cuts which is rare around here.Great parking arrangements.Neat toilets.A cool place overall.

Whilst this might be a place to shop affordable vegetables, they are quite prone to mistakes during check out. It is very important to check your receipt after payment because they usually double the quantity of a single item, invariably increasing your bill. You probably wont notice this until you get home, which is why no matter how inconvenienced the cashiers might seem, do endeavour to check your receipts at the till. This is owing to them never picking their calls as the number on the receipt appears to be there for fancy.

They need to improve on the crowd control at busy or peak periods...No one likes to wait forever just to get access to make a purchase. Although temperature check were done before accessing the entrance however the long queue without the standard 1m spacing can put people at risk.

Shoperite is one of the best places to shop in Lagos. You can get an array of items, from food stuff, fast food, household items, groceries, electronics, clothes, Pharmaceutical products, you name it. Theres a cinema on ground as well. However the place tends to get crowded in the evenings.
