Experienced poor customer service on the day I visited.The lady who was attending to us had an attitude answering basic questions and left us. Another staff came to take our order and shortly after she came to ask the staff why we were taking so long!Thankfully the cake was nice and affordable.

Hi, I ordered a Hennessy cake Nov 2020 from the UK and the staff were very professional and helpful, especially Eniola who was extremely patient with all my messages and made the whole process fun 😊😊😊😊The only downside was that being in England when it was delivered meant I NEVER GOT TO EAT IT. I have been told it was DELICIOUS, though 😋😋😋😋😋Another cake purchased Dec 2020. Fantastic customer service yet again, they really put themselves out to make the day easy. Again, no cake for me 🥲, but have been told it was gorgeous. You dont know how much I want to sample some now 🤗

A cakes and confectionery store. Have displays of cakes of sizes and shapes, mostly decorated, fruit cakes, cookies, cup cakes etc.It is also a bespoke shop, make request and pick at designated time.I didnt have a good experience when I placed an order but I wont categorise them as being bad at keeping to promise. Perhaps a bad day and unfortunately, it was my order.I still recommend them, they are good.

I ordered a cake with one week and a few days notice just to avoid delays or mistakes. I got to the outlet on the pick up day and cake wasn’t even ready. Unprofessional,disorganised,horrible customer service. Quite disappointing

27th December, so I understand there’s a rush or there might be delays, but this is too much! I practically waited for my cake for almost 2 hours and I was told it will be ready in 30mins.... I left and came back to get my cake and I’m pretty sure it was sold to another customer... this is quite sad!

Walk in, order your cake and walk out. Will certainly be getting all my cakes there henceforth.

Attention to detail is poor. Three customers ordered cakes while I was in the store. They wrote on the first cake for a boss in RED, misspelt the name Wilfred as Wifred, and wrote Happy birthday Daddy on my cake..in PINK!This was AFTER the lady asked if I wanted blue or green color and I said either would match the colors on the cake. No PINK color at all on the cake yet the lettering came out in pink!Pay attention to your order when you shop at Diva!

Diva do nice cakes but the girls who attend to customers are a bit confused abt pricin.i feel they over charge customers.there was a day i took my sister there to order i.e opebi branch.we booked for birthday cakes which cost us over 40k.we asked for delivery price within ikeja,one of the girls said 1500,another said 2000 and another said 2500.for crying out loud what the hell is that.when they where to deliver nko.they promised 11am,we eventually got our cake by almost 2pm.not good at all
