Not very customer friendly when you visit the service centre. Walk through the back, up the stairs to make enquiry, walk back to store to make payment then walk back up the stairs to show receipt and get order sheet. Why?? Cant there be a better process. This was after calls and texts not responded to. Please review your Customer experience

This store comes highly recommended for premium brand electronics. Walk in customers are rest assured of heartwarming welcome upon arrival.There is ample space for parking right in front of the store. Although theres no wheelchair designated spot.The store has two floors for display of available electronic products.

I regret ever buying Samsung TV, because I was asked to pay #115,000 for a TV screen that got broken just 10days after purchase and didnt get a reply until 4months after. They claim no warranty on screen. Its so painful I swear
