The 2 stars is for their pool side. They failed in most of the little things. Staff behaved like they were doing me a favor when I complained there was no light in the bathroom. They never fixed it. They never apologized. Almost everything was broken.

Nice hotel to be in ihiala with good hospitality

Was a moderately nice place to be. All amenities like acs, water heaters gyms and pools worked pretty fine.
