Although there may be long queues at access - control entrance due to the high level of commercial activities going on within the local area I.e Ifo market close by. Customer relationship management is a somewhat over average. They should consider more staffing at banking hall/floor.

Their service is satisfactory but need more work in handling queues.

Has been the only operational bank in ifo ,with almost reliable cash advance services. Their ATM gallery is ever busy, and crowded, but, its the only accessible place.

This bank needs to more staffs to be attending to customers, its always overcrowded, do something to it. Even another branch can be built in the area (abekoko side) to create more jobs and generate more customers.Dont like coming to the place,
