So, I rated this 3 star a couple months ago. I went there later and the customer care was miles better. Still depending mostly on NEPA though.

Zero hospitality, paid for things that should be free.

The place was easy to locate, very school to OAU faculty of Agriculture

Staff are friendly and approachable

They are good government staff there. Attends to you in a short time

Not COVID 19 compliant

It was awesome
