Sabo market in Ile-Ife is a particular open place located in where Hausas domicile/abode. In this market, you will find different types of farm products and essential goods. This market is very close to Oja Ife(the main Ile-Ife market).
The place is too rowdy. And someone needs to be very careful not to lose anything. Above all, one can easily get foodstuffs there
They have everything you need. Really culturally diverse place too
You will find anything you want there. Name it. Including BDC market.

Always at your service at royalty clothing
Its rough
Sabo market also known as Oja Tuntun (New Market) is Ile-Ifes biggest market. It is a sprawl located at Odo Ogbe but spreads all the way from Iremo end across Sabo road to neigboring streets. It is a general market where all sorts of merchandise can be purchased. The big (Combined) market runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays every fortnight. This is when marketfolks from all over Ife and environs as well as business people from beyond Ile-Ife congregate at Oja Tuntun for business. However, the regular market still holds every day of the week. The Sabo-Lagere road is extremely busy on such combined market days.
The market is okay but they need to get things arranged the modern way and also kept neat
Its a good local market in Ife where one can get varieties; food stuff, provisions, kitchen utensils, etc.. Just a little bit rough tho
Sabot market is cool. The traders are funny because they actually like to canvass with their customers in the like customers language which makes the market fun to be.
Very very local. But u can find everything you need there. Home of the moneychangers in this city. Very safe transactions.
Its a market without sections... someone can be selling pepper beside someone selling clothing materials..
Very populated and diversified. You can get almost any thing from kitchen utensils to food stuff to clothes.
Nice place to be.

A local market in the heart of the ancient town of Ife. Local food stuff, fruits and vegetables are sold there.
Sabo market has everything you need to buy. The roads that link the market are poor though.
I love the place
Nice market for grocery shopping
For stuffs you need, its the right place for you. 100% buying and selling.
This a busy street in ile Ife.Markets, wine shops, barbeque shops, tea shops, mosques, churches, petrol stations, pharmacy shops.....all seen and active... You can shop late around here. Most Nigerian languages are spoken here.
Sabo market is fast degrading.. Cars were parked along the roadside, causing traffic jam. Environment not neat and selling sheds not properly spaced.

Not a bad place
The Sabo market in Ile-Ife is centrally located in the town affording buyers and sellers quick access to the location. Most of the basic needs including groceries, cloths, shoes, food items are easily accessible in the market. A section of the market is occupied by traders dealing in local foods requiring further processing. In addition, both frozen and fresh meat, fish and other protein sources are also available in the market. There is a car park within the market, although the traffic situation around the market is usually unpredictable. Commercial bus drivers are in the habit of creating artificial traffic as they usually drop off or pick passengers outside the designated car parks. In all the market serves the entire Ile-Ife population quite well.
