I cant believe these buildings are over 50 years old. They are as strong and alive as any building could get. Each block is made of three storeys and, in some, a basement. Blocks with single occupant rooms have 60 - 68 room while those with multiple occupants have 30 to 34 rooms. In all there are twelve residential blocks and many facilities. Water no longer flow in the buildings and there is only one toilet and one bathroom to every seven occupants.

Exceptionally convenient, I would almost say this is the best hall of residence in OAU currently, they never run out of water, functioning toilets are always clean and the cleaners all take their work very well and the electricity is always stable

Post graduate hall consists of a group of residential buildings with the purpose of accommodating post graduate students. The hall is quite beautiful, it has a shopping mart, it has a restaurant it has many sport equipment and facilities. It also has a large field where majority play football during their leisure. Its a nice place and has different degree of rooms. Some rooms are allocated to just one person while others 2 or more.

The Murtala Mohammed Post graduate Hall of residence is a serene environment to live and study in but there are certain areas where things could be better;1. There is one restaurant present in the hall, thats not good enough.2. The common room needs better ventilation.3. The lack of constant water supply can be frustrating.

OAU PG hall is a nice place to be, though we still have challenge of water. The water issue is really annoying but we are coping anyway.

Its no more the way we used to know it back in the day... OAU structures keeps losing Their beauty every year.

It has a gate entrance. At the right side of the entrance is a sports house for watching football and a food canteen beside it. The car pack occupies a large expanse infront of the canteen. The halls of residence then come after.

The post graduate hall in Obafemi Awolowo University is strictly meant for Post Graduate students such as MSc and PhD students who would love to reside in the hostel, averagely the hostel is neat but more maintenance and renovation should be carried out, likewise the issue of water shortage should be addressed

Muritala Muhammad PG hall is relatively maintaining its hey day glory. A visit to the hall in December last year, 2018 showed that, students pursuing PhD are entitle to a room. There are plasma tvs in the common room. The availability of water in the hall is something to write home about, even if there is scarcity of water in undergraduates halls, PG hall comes to the minds of undergraduates as undried River.

I consider muritala postgraduate hall the best hall of residence that resides on OAU campus because of its building structure, houses both male and female within the same compound, bed spaces includes single to three bedded, the environment are cleaned from time to time, fair bathroom and toilet maintenance 🚽, Hot-spot access to most to the pg rooms, etc. Its generally not a bad place to reside as a student.

Mortala Mohammed Postgraduate hall is a student residence within the University campus. The facility contains single rooms for Ph.D. and foreign students and shared rooms for Masters students. The shared rooms are also available to Foreign students. I had the privileged if staying in both single and shared rooms when I was doing my postgraduate studies. The place is very conducive, spacious and secured. Internet facility is provided and can be accessed at every nooks and cranny of the facility once you have your user name and password. The facility has a common room that connects all of us together. I spent more than 4 years there and I can tell you its a nice place to be.
