The Quantun hotel is very noisy, workers can lie, you will request for food by 7 o clock and they will come back by 11 o clock to tell you that they did not attend to your request. They can lie, anyway, they only patronize fraudstars

This area is located around the famous Damico zone in Ife town. This area looks like a government reserved area and is completely suited for individuals who like a quiet, safe and conducive environment. Though a lot needs to be done for the area in terms of the road network and provision of social amenities like pipe borne waters etc. The rate of development around the area is fast which is promising, generally, this looks like a good place.

The estate is newly built and is located in the heart of Ile-Ife, State of Osun. It is located close to the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state. The buildings in the estate are relatively new and spacious. It comes in various number of bedrooms such as two-bedroom flat, three-bedroom flat etc

It is a growing residential area with good road layout but really bad roads because most of the roads are without drainage.

Modomo Estate Zone 5 is one of the eight existing zones the entire Modomo community is divided into. The entire Modomo area spans across the Ibadan road and Ede road axes of Ile-Ife. This means that commuters can access Modomo from either of the two areas and exit as well from any of the outlets. It is next to the Ooni Royal Layout when traveling from Ile-Ife town on Ede road while it is bounded by Akile-Eleweran community toward the Ife-Ilesa express road.On Ibadan road however, it is next to the former toll gate and bounded by Fasina community toward the Ipetumodu round about. The entire Modomo Community is a fast developing area with steady source o electricity an growing infrastructure. One major challenge with the area is the relatively poor prospect for underground water. This water source is the most preferred by Nigerians considering the failure of government to provide portable water to households and industries in the country. Many of the successes recorded in the community were attained through self help projects embarked upon by stakeholders in the community.
