I had issues with the restroom,cause there was no proper architecture of it. Aside from this I think it OK for lodging, but you should be good at climbing stairs as well if you wanna book it.

The Conference centre is located in a serene environment and has accommodation facilities like a 3-Star Hotel. You will enjoy yourself there.

The guest house is poorly maintained.

Rooms are easily booked out and mostly water heaters dont work. You will have to request for a staff to bring you a kettle of hot water.

Accommodation within the Obafemi Awolowo university. If u need an acomodation with the university four walls then this is the right place. Also a nice place to chill and relax

Amazing place to rest and relax

The conference centre is ok. The staff are cordial, food served is nutritious. The rooms are fairly equipped. The beddings are comfortable. I recommend the place because it is relatively safe and affordable

The hotel is nice, very peaceful, it a place to relax and forget about the stressful part of life, the only issue is that the plumbing works for the chalets are bad, the water is dirty, the toilet leaks. If the plumbing works can be fixed then it would be perfect.

The place is not more than 1* No hot bath. No socket near the reading table to plug my laptop. Too many patch-patch all over the place. The door is archaic. A lot of overhauling is needed to take it up to the 3* quality.

Very serene and beautiful.I totally enjoyed my stay here, the only let down was they didnt have almost 90% of what they write in their restaurant menu.Theres also no wifi 😂Asides these, i loved my stay here.OAU is a beautiful school and IFe is a beautiful town

The OAU Conference is a poor hospitality place. Possibly the poorest component of a beautiful University. The hotel facilities are virtually bare and would pass for a 1 or 2 star hotel, at best - and thats being generous.

I attended a Management training programme at the famous and one of the Best University in West Africa. The environment is a beauty to behold. Worth for tourist visitation. The accommodation for guest within the school is serene and relaxing enough. It is a place to be.

The hotel is old and has antique furniture.... though its neat.A good thing is that the hotel is located in a safe serene environment within the Obafemi Awolowo University.The rooms are affordable.... it runs a bar and the food is about average.

It is a multipurpose place. It has a hall which is used for important gatherings. It also has rooms like a hotel. There is the cosy bar and restaurant as well as the outdoor spot for suya(roasted meat on a stick). There are also restrooms open to the public. Internet facilities are also available.

I came to use the cafe here with some friends... 100 naira intecu card grants you a day access to the area.
