Every single thing they sell here is fake. I mean every single thing (at least everything Ive bought, and Ive bought something in most categories, laptop inclusive).I know youre thinking Ill test it before I leave, sure, be my guest. They know how to show you its working.Ive experienced a pattern 3 times now where I come in, buy something, test it and then have to return it because it isnt working and after some argument, they give me another one.

I bought an iPhone 11 64gb from them and I can tell their service was superb from how I placed my order to how it was also delivered in the shortest period of time irrespective of the distance from Ife to Warri to be precise. And phone was in perfect condition.. zero complain. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking mobile gadgets.

Think twice before you patronise them. I bought the screen of my infinix Hot7pro from the them at a price that was way above market price in May 2020. A month later and Im needing to replace the screen I bought from them. The screen cracks every time slight pressure is applied. And I couldnt use screen guard because the touch sensitivity of the screen I bought from them is very bad. Prices of their goods and services is on the high side and I dont mind that. But I dont expect that Ill pay more than market price for a product and the product will be of the lowest quality. That is not rightSo you should give it a rethink before buying anything from them.

They are criminals. Their engineers will make fake promises and tell you to keep coming back. Meanwhile they aren’t doing anything about it or they’ll fix it and it will stop working the next day.

Less than good experience with CLASSIC. Of course they do have a large collection of computer and phone products but their customer service is very bad. Their money back guarantee is just unrealistic and trash. My resolve was that it would be my last option if it comes to me buying phone or anything related to computer.

I went to Classic system infotech Ilesha branch on Saturday(22/07/2017) to inquire about a website design course which I agreed on the price and planned to start on Monday. Unfortunately, before leaving the institution I forgot one of my phone at the receptionist office, the next day being Sunday. I couldnt go to claim. On going there on Monday to claim my phone, everyone (Young Boys) at the branch started raining abuses on me(Dont think the manger was among) and they did not allow the lady to prove/show the phone belongs to her and I had my proves with me. That was how I was pushed out of the office. This is the only way I can show my grievances because I called the CS number and the lady who picked her seems to know the receptionist in person and was on her side, so I want this issue to be looked into and I can change my review. I wont relent until I am been treated nicely and the issue is resolved.Thanks
