The lady at the counter was so rudeLike from a scale of 1 to 10 Ill say 9.9She gave my sister bread she told her the bread was smelling horrible u didnt even have to put it to my nose it smelt weird like fungi.She said and I quote ahah smelling How then she said give it to someone else to smell maybe its your nose and my sister gave it to me I smelt it the side wasnt smelling but the top smelt like fungiWe said they should exchange it She said she cant, I mean she didnt even have change we had to leave and come back with an older person and she ended up giving us back our moneyI am really disappointed all my years of going their I cant believe it Imperial you just lost a customer 💔😞Bad customer service 😥

They offer a good meal in a comfortable atmosphere.

This place has lost its glory, well, I dont know if it had any in the first place but I went there a couple of days ago and they didnt have salad or ice cream which was disappointing because I had some Jollof rice from a friend who was celebrating Sallah that I had hoped to wash down with salad and maybe some plain vanilla ice cream. Albeit losing its glory the place is OK to hold business meetings if youre all right with snacks and soda drinks.

It was bad, their food is tasteless and not edible. Stay away from them please.

Repeatedly, Ive been dissatisfied with the service they render and the quality of food they sell. While the Ofada is very good, their chicken leaves much to be desired. Last time I bought food, they omitted one of the things I ordered in one of the packs (I ordered two take away packs). I had gotten home before I realized this. I think the management should review their activities or be reviewed themselves if the problem is from the top. The good people of Ife deserve better meals and better service delivery for the money they are spending. Yeah, their meals are also expensive in comparison to what is available elsewhere in town. Thank you.
