The place is serene, theres a hall for moderate party, and a swimming area. Drinks are sold at a moderate price. Their rooms are neat, modern and quite affordable, compared to hotels around.

Dont expect 3 star services. It has big room but no facilities like Wardrobe, water heater, bathtub, no in-house restaurant, etc.Building looks like a renovated apartment locked in the 90s in Ibadan. Its pretty affordable at a decent price.
