First time in my history of going to see movies, in Viva cinema their power was off twice and we had to wait for minute before we commence the movie . That’s not professional and you guys need to work on that .

The movie quality was poor and it irritated my eyes badly. Took a few minutes after the movie started for the lights to get turned off, and the sound was lack luster.

I like Viva Cinemas, there is something special about this particular one at The Palms Ibadan. First, it feels like you are stepping into an underground. Next, its so cute! The reception area, it just feels so private that you are looking forward to the movie you want to watch. The members of Staff are so friendly and courteous. It is also peaceful and serene for a cinema Theatre.

Worst cinema in Ibadan at the moment.They keep having light issues, that would have to cut the movie and make us wait for about 20 minutes before the movie continues, with no staff coming to address us properlyI have had this experience on three different occasions. Terrible. I would go one more time so I can have a picture of this terrible experience.

Movie experience is awesome but items are not all that great. The popcorn isnt that sweet and the 3 sharwama ordered got burnt and didnt taste delicious. Apart from that, every other thing is awesome including customer relations. Screen seats are so spaced and very very comfortable. I would recommend, but something has to be done about their food options.

I was at viva cinemas for the launch of a movie, by muyiwa ademola, I ordered popcorn, you get a choice of either salted or sugar, with any drink of your choice, it was a nice one indeed, wheel chair access, nice pboto spots and more.

Small but quite comfortable and comfy chairs. Not really good lighting and medium sound but overall manageable. Normal standard price and good food. Few screens and not really crowded . Perfect place if u want a quiet screening.

I was fully impressed with my experience here. Beautiful location and lovely. The air-conditioning is well regulated and not as cold as ice. Tickets was fast and easy to purchase. The workers were quick to attend to me with a Sir at the end of it. The prices are amazingly cheap considering the location; Palms mall. The sound is okay and the pictures were clear not as dark as one other in Ìbàdàn metropolis

The air unit is working well.The staffs are friendly and cooperative.You can talk to them to reduce the air from the unit especially when i go to the cinema with my kids.Their popcorn is very affordable for the size.They offer cheap tickets on Wednesdays.

Mehn, this cinema is one of the best. Their movie is cheap, nice cinema room with a good sound. The pop corn is also cheap and of good taste. You have chance to play games too while waiting for your movie schedule. There is also possibility of booking your ticket online. It saves time.

So I was in this place with my wife and our children 14yo, 12yo & 6yo We got zapped. Sold us tickets all for adult pricing 1300naira Worst still ticket you get is for 1100 for the movie. Found out 200 was compelled Soda. This is absolutely a terrible business practice Besides the front desk has been taught well to lie. Rude and disrespectful. If I find time I should lodge this with consumer protection agency.

Went to see a trending movie. There were a lot of people there and the service was sort of slow. But I enjoyed the overall experience.

Nice but expensive. Luckily i was a corp member, so i went with my Nysc Id card ... I paid #500. The price is applicable for all corp members except on weekends, remember to go with ur Id card

It was fun, the cinema experience was nice, spacious viewing hall. The atmosphere was cool, the workers were welcoming.

Their website needs to be more updated. The ticket price differs on getting to the cinema. Also the sound has to be worked on too. Not audible enough.

A good and accomodating movie house where you can take your spouse to or a lover for a nice time out..but youre n9t allowed to take In goodies that are not gotten from their cafeteria. So lets be guilded!
