Far beyond what it is before the place is better now. Although i wont deny the fact that some of there worker are not friendly enough wish is due to stress of course but the building is dope and there test/scan are not cost. The environment is just too conducive.

I approached a personnel to tell her that I wanted to see a doctor. She bluntly told me the doctor was not around and she doesnt know when hell be. Honestly, i was so surprised and disappointed that a private health care centre can be like this. No apologies, nothing

I dont think the casheer should be on the receiving end of the contact line, aside the price tags theirs nothing more S/he can offer those calling to get information on the precise diagnostic services you offer. Potential clients must be able to get detail information before setting out to your lab. Reduce spread of covid-19 by atleast making sure that clients coming through your doors get the service they need.

Very bad experience. All they know is talk and gist. Bad customer service. If I havent been to other branches in lagos I would have said they are all the same. Never using union again. Spent 3 hours just to do pelvic scan and collect receipt.

Zero work ethics, poor staff welfare, patients health status are not kept confidential, top management are #Islamophobic to patients and staffs. There is religious favouritism in recruitment process.
