My wife had a policy TSP/00001937 that got matured in May 2021 after three years. Since the end of May we have been on the neck of Capital Express Assurance Ltd for the payment of the matured sum. Today 5/8/2021 makes it 2months and a week that the process commenced yet no payment. Really very poor service and response. Just decided to use this platform for now.
