Easy to locate but bad road

This company is a fraud. My policy matures ten months ago,it took eight months to get their discharge voucher and even after that nothing is forthcoming concerning my claim. Now the staffs at challenge office where I purchased the policy six years ago are telling me my account has been moved to bodija and that I should go to there head office in lagos for my claim because theres nothing they could do for me.
