Just some neat and quiet to rest your head. Forget about internet or good food. Those are under 50/50. The staff are nice but overworked so some snarky behaviour may pop up.

Human relations is probably the greatest quality of this facility. The quest to please patrons is palpable, from the front desk officers to the Duty Manager and above. Simply impressive. The room I stayed in is well laid out, simple but comfortable furnishing, facilities all working well and staff at alert to respond to your call. The ambience is homely and welcoming with sit out lounges where you can receive guests if dont want them in your room. Apart from the complimentary breakfast, I did not have much direct contact with the kitchen staff, but even for the little contact, the kitchen staff acquitted themselves very well. Overall, this is a good facility, and one which I will be glad to patronise again.

I went to Ìbàdàn for a wedding and I lodged in Pristine. Its a cool place. Nice services and friendly staff.

One of the best hotel in it environ

Prestine guest place is a located very close to Alalubusa estate gate; a high cost estate where prominent people in Ibadan stay. They have good service delivery , warm staff and ok rooms although the room I lodged had a small bathroom and toilet which was not cool for me. But generally, it a modest place to rest.

Is not a 7 star but I love. But the staff and room I met and stayed respectively were nice. I plan a revisit. And I must say their prices are reasonably fair. A friend actually recommended the place and I wasnt disappointed. But there is always room for improvement.

Awesome reception... The environment is so neat. But the kitchen staffs needs to watch it with the way they use salt when cooking. Also, when orders are made, time given to deliver orders must be maintained... Room service was Good when I visited. They should ensure that underneath of the bed is well taken care of.

The hotel is located in a serene environment. The rooms are well-conditioned, well-lighted and the well maintained. The meals are superb and the premises are as clean as ever. They also have free wifi, though not as fast as my 3G network of my phone.

Its a beautiful quiet hotel just a stone throw to Alalubosa GRA, less than one kilometer to Iyaganku quarters, not far from Jericho and Idi-ishin quarters in Ibadan, beautiful rooms and good food.

The environment is serene and its a good option for a get away from the noisy side of town. They have and steady standby power supply, lovely hall and spacious parking space. The staff lld wash your car before you wake up, the food Is good, they may not tell you of your complimentary breakfast so please ask for it. The place is well maintained, The staff were a bit unfriendly when I asked for 2 hours extended stay to wait for my car, for someone who had spent for than 2 nights the relationship didnt count on that ground as that could cost me 50% additional charge Usable till 3 pm. I would however still go again maybe with no big expectations.

Hard to believe that such cleanliness, hospitality, and 5 star service exist in Ibadan. I was at Pristine for about a week, oh i love every minute of it. Keep it up guys... from the manager to everyone. Great team.

Well appointed guest house with 30 rooms. Different sizes so ask first. Breakfast can take a while so order ahead especially if you want variety from the usual menu. Helpful staff. There is a market down the road.

Pristine is not like your regular hotel. You actually feel like you are in a room in your house. Great food, great service.

Standards are falling compared to when I first went there, bathrooms, toilet and sinks not well cleaned. Please take maintenance seriously. Food was good ordered for plantain and egg in the evening and yam and egg sauce in the morning.

The hotel is quaint just 30 rooms. It is neat and well maintained, the staff are friendly but not strictly professional. I did not use their dining room but the in house cuisine was certainly delicious. The location is somehow central in that it is not far from anywhere in Ibadan. The hotel is located close to Alalubosa Lakeside GRA, which has good access roads and is proximal great link roads. Pop out and turn left onto the dual carriageway of Aleshinloye market and the whole of the East side of Ibadan. Turn right and you link 110 road that leads to the south west of Ibadan take a left at 110 roundabout and the south of Ibadan opens up.The rooms are rather comfortable although not very large.I gave four start because despite the handicapped friendly carport and front entrance there is no indication of a swimming pool and the events hall is rather small.
