Kuti Hall B block ground floor is accessible for wheelchair♿ users, it has a ramp to come on to the floor and one to go in to the toilet, recently the door to one of the toilets was widened to allow wider wheelchairs go in smoothly while unlike other toilets it has tap water to ease things.Kudos to the Hall management, the Warden, supervisors and porters who are friendly and assisting.

Neat and friendly environment. You need to have an ID card to be able to go in, so that contributes to making it a secure environment. There are also a few things one can do to relax. Theres a snooker table, a TV in the cafeteria and an open field to play football. The food in the cafeteria is cool, and lastly, a new food joint called Akara Republic just opened. Its perfect for all the Akara lovers

The Ransome Kuti Hall of Residence popularly referred to as Kuti Hall is a male undergraduate hostel in the University of Ibadan. It is unarguably one of the best halls of residence in the University of Ibadan and its motto Hall of Great Men reflects that. In terms of facilities, security and the level/cool headedness of people in it and many other considerations, it stands out.It is located behind Queens Hall, close to the Administrative building, Jaja Medical Center and Wole Soyinka theater and just before Bello Hall. It has 5 blocks tagged A - E, good water supply and toilet facilities, a small football field, A large common room for watching matches which also doubles as the Cafeteria operated by 2 distinct caterers, a snooker and table tennis tables for relaxation, a common room and many others.

Kuti Hall Often confused to be named after the Late Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, is named after the late Rev. Oladotun Ransome-Kuti. An educationist and musicologist, who was once a president of the Nigerian Union of Teachers (I think the first, cos hes reaaaaally old). His influence in education kinda led to the establishment of this University and even some other institutions of education in Western Africa. Kuti Hall has a capacity of 520 students.
