It is a gated residential estate. You need to call your host ahead to inform them of your visit so they can let the security at the gate know of your coming. The roads are mostly tarred and there is a Keke Napep shuttle in case you go without a car and you dont want to trek, they charge a token for that. The estate seems to be well planned. You can also rent an apartment there.

Rents here are expensive compared to outside of this estate but security is good as the guards are always on duty. This is a good living place!
