Just renovate the building and which make it more visible with the color attractiveness. And is also easy to locate being at the road side. And enough space outside with a small gate.

An event centre currently used as a church

Decent facilities and plenty of parking spaces. Also hard to miss as it just by the road side.Its a one storey building, but while there, only used the ground floor, which I must say that for such a conspicuous event centre and with so much space in and around the compound, the hall design is bit of a let down, at least on the ground floor.It does have good natural ventilation and also fans and AC though, and a back up generator. All in all, not too shabby at all.

Good, very good and recommendable for all events including engagement, child naming, town hall meetings, annual general meetings (AGM), and all forms of get togetherness. The location and road network has placed the event centre at an advantage among its equals... Blessed with hospitable and hardworking workforce delivering equitable service, the event centre is equally managed by competent and proven administrators

Osho Event centre is located along iyana-church Alaika road ibadan... Is a very cool place

Its a storey building with 500 capacity up and 400 capacity downstairs, they have a standby generator, uses ox fan and the place is quite ok with parking space too.
