Lovely Estate, but a conscious effort need to be made by the people living in this estate to ensure the roads are tarred. After that you can think of CCTV and other security measures. For anyone to enter your estate ensure their is a confirmation from someone in the estate.

Was okay, I love the way the streets are named after cars, its just the roads that are left.

It is strategically located along the tarred Road extending from Nihort. The landscape of the Estate is well planned and the intersecting roads are very motorable but could be great if tarred.

Alpha Grace Estate is an organized residential estate located along NIHORT - Ile tuntun road in Ido Local government Ibadan, Oyo State.

It will be a more wonderful estate if it has tarred roads and stable electricity. A well structured emviron with cute but funny street names. They named the streets after automobiles
