Only buy from Citadel if you will get the original product. If a knockoff is supplied to you, reject it and walk away. Ive bought two AC adapters for my Dell laptop in two weeks because the one I got from them was a knockoff which blew out within two weeks. I complained about this when I made the purchase but I was told only the knockoffs were available. Im not taking away from their great history. Im just saying do not buy a knockoff.
