Nice concept but your customer service is poor, I mean very poor. Ive had to contact your organization several times in order to resolve issues bordering on a purchased item but it has never yielded any result not for once. There was no difference between reaching you to solve an issue and not reaching you at all. You can actually do better.

I think this is Citadel now. Citadel is a nice place to get your gadgets.

Very poor customer service

Please do not deal with this company, they are thieves and they deceive people, I went there with my laptop for repairs and the girl didn’t register my laptop, instead she called a guy who collected my laptop and took 23,000 from me, for 3months now , they don’t want to give me my laptop..zested beware of this company...do not deal with them..they are fraud and liars....Beware
