Im quite disappointed in the service they render. Bought product promise to come and install but still expecting them to come till now. Bought another solar panel light system theyre just installing it in bit over 3 weeks now yet to complete the installation.

Bought a Bee Bee solar setupHad it installed by the company staff and it came with warrantyOn setting it up there was no manual to read any information about the inverterThe set up turns off after 4hours which is not satisfactory .Returning the inverter back to Novelsolar to evaluate the machine After 4days a staff called back that there is no remedy and no refund of the money paid.This is a poor service.
