Has a good environment with lots of customers. But their service is always poor, most especially the ones at downstairs. Its always crowded, dont knw if they enjoy having more crowd in their presence.Also, the personnel in their teller spaces that are meant to be attending to people are not there, out of 6 people I can only see 3 people attending to customers, this also makes the work to be slow and so discouraging. They need to improve with their services....other branches of some First bank that I knw perform wonderfully.

Its a commercial area from morning till night no dulling.

This First Bank has been in this location for a very long time and easily passes as the main branch in Ibadan.It is the usual First Bank outlook but much bigger because it houses the Learning Centre.The ambiance is cool and quite a number of customer doing transactions. Its clean with security doors/guards manning entrances and specific outlets.A good branch to visit if transacting with First Bank

Very conspicuous building at the popular Challenge Bus Stop. Has a number of ATM.Houses the FirstAcademy.

Had two very funny but exciting experiences here.1. In 2016, I walked into the branch to make over-the-counter transaction since I left my ATM card at home and walla! Heres my secondary school senior staring at me. I ended not transacting cos the money she gave me was enough to get me home.2. Today, I walked in to use the ATM and met a usual queue. Instead of queuing up, I decided to try the machines that arent in use first. To everyones dismay, the first one I tried dispensed and the queue dispersed while everyone was trying to reach out first.
