Nice place cos I came in late and their gates were open for me!Its an over priced going by the room I was given, quite place, lovely attendance by receptionist, they begged to change my room but just a night there and next day I was off!

Decent hotel with prompt service. The room has only one socket which is odd and the bathroom has no towel. Other than that, you can get value for money.

The hotel rooms and the environs not properly kept and fumigated as there are mosquitoes every where. Although, there is perfect electricity supply but the water systems are poor as some of them are so unkept.The reception is perfect as both the receptionist and hotel attendants are lively and friendly. 2 stars for the reception. 1 stars for electricity supply, Lost 2 stars for unkept rooms and environs and unkept water supply systems.Thank you.

Good room but need to be better maintained. Had to ask for towel, theres only one socket in the room to which the TV is plugged. The rooms are not meant for someone that have work to do

The serene ambience was surprising, given the location of this hotel.Packed with a nice event hall, array of trees that minimize the effect of the tropical heat and multiple exit and entry points, shield hotel seems to have had everything put into consideration!The price is fair, though the rooms seem clustered.Overall, its not a bad place to consider when in Jalingo, Taraba State.
